Really well run bootcamp training which has helped improve my fitness. Each day the sessions are different, working overall fitness. It’s a relaxed welcoming environment with motivating instruction from Ress, Erin & the rest of the team.

I joined January 2023 on the six week starter programme and have been coming every week since. My main goal has been improving strength for ultra challenges and three sessions a week has certainly helped me with that! Sessions are varied, using different different types of training, a wide range of equipment and focusing on different parts of the body. Coaches model technique and form so that you can complete exercises safely and progress. All sessions are structured well with a warm up and a stretch at the end. And above all else, the sessions are fun - believe it or not! Even in the rain! - and members are friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend signing up!!!
I joined bootcamp back in May 2023 and I love going there, everyone’s friendly and helpful who go, plus every workout is different every session, it’s worth the money and time! It’s a good part of my routine either before or after work.
