Based at our private training facility in Battlesbridge, we welcome members from across Essex — including South Woodham Ferrers, Wickford and Rayleigh. Sessions are run outdoors year-round, giving you the benefits of outdoor fitness without the unpredictability of a public park.

Group training is structured, progressive and coached — not a random circuit. Whether you're brand new to exercise or returning after a long break, you'll be guided through workouts that build strength, fitness and confidence at your own pace.

On-site parking and changing facilities make it easy to fit training into a busy week — arrive five minutes before, train, freshen up and get on with your day.
