We have purpose-built training areas, including a suspension training frame, outdoor boxing bag rig, battle ropes station and more.

Indoor Facilities

Next to the bootcamp is our on-site martial arts and self defence centre, with a 140 sq m matted area that we can also use for indoor training sessions.

Other Facilities

Unlike most bootcamps, we have our own on-site changing rooms, shower and toilet facilities, together with a private car park for more than 40 cars.

Based in Battlesbridge, welcoming members from across South Essex.

Our private outdoor training facility is located just off the A130 in Battlesbridge, Wickford, within easy reach of Rayleigh, South Woodham Ferrers, Hockley, Rettendon and the wider Chelmsford and Basildon areas.
