Battlesbridge Bootcamp 6-Week Trial Programme Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
The Battlesbridge Bootcamp 6-Week Trial Programme is a short-term introductory programme designed to allow new participants to experience our training, coaching and community before deciding whether to continue as a member.
By purchasing the programme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
The 6-Week Trial Programme is available to new participants aged 18 years or over.
Battlesbridge Bootcamp reserves the right to refuse participation where it believes the programme may not be suitable or safe for an individual.
3. Programme Duration
The programme runs for six consecutive calendar weeks from the date of your first attended session.
Participants may attend as many scheduled Bootcamp sessions as they wish during the six-week period, subject to availability and timetable changes.
The programme expires automatically at the end of the six-week period.
4. Payment
The programme fee is payable in full before participation begins.
The programme fee may vary depending on promotions or special offers being advertised at the time of purchase.
Payment is non-refundable once participation has commenced.
5. Cooling-Off Period
If you purchase the programme online, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided you have not attended any training sessions or otherwise started using the services.
By attending your first session, you acknowledge that the programme has commenced and that your right to a full refund may be lost.
6. Refunds
No refunds will be provided once a participant has attended a training session or otherwise commenced the programme.
Refund requests before participation begins will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
7. Illness or Injury
If a participant is unable to continue due to illness or injury, Battlesbridge Bootcamp may, at its sole discretion, offer an extension to the programme.
Appropriate supporting evidence, such as a medical note or letter from a healthcare professional, may be requested.
Extensions are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
8. Transfers
Participants may transfer their place on the programme to another individual who has not previously participated in the 6-Week Trial Programme.
Any transfer must be approved by Battlesbridge Bootcamp before the replacement participant attends training.
9. Health & Medical Conditions
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in physical exercise.
You must inform Battlesbridge Bootcamp of any medical condition, injury, illness, pregnancy or other circumstance that may affect your ability to participate safely.
If requested, medical clearance from a healthcare professional may be required before participation.
10. Assumption of Risk
Participation in physical exercise, fitness training and outdoor activities carries an inherent risk of injury.
By participating in the programme, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to take reasonable care for your own safety and the safety of others.
11. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff and fellow participants at all times.
Battlesbridge Bootcamp reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive, disruptive or inappropriate.
No refund will be provided where participation is terminated due to a breach of these terms.
12. Timetable Changes
Battlesbridge Bootcamp reserves the right to amend session times, locations, coaches or programme content where reasonably necessary.
Where possible, notice of changes will be provided.
13. Photography & Marketing
From time to time, photographs and videos may be taken during training sessions for promotional and marketing purposes.
Participants who do not wish to appear in photographs or videos should notify Battlesbridge Bootcamp in writing.
14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Battlesbridge Bootcamp shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the programme.
