Battlesbridge Bootcamp Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions apply to all ongoing memberships with
Battlesbridge Bootcamp Ltd.
By purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Membership provides access to scheduled Battlesbridge Bootcamp training sessions in accordance with your chosen membership package and the current timetable.
2. Eligibility
Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years or over.
Battlesbridge Bootcamp reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership where it believes participation may be unsafe, inappropriate or contrary to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Membership Options
Membership Summary
Monthly Membership
Maximum flexibility. This membership renews monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
90-Day Membership
A discounted rate in return for a 90-day commitment. This membership renews every 90 days and cancellation prevents the next renewal.
Annual Membership
Our best value membership with a 12-month commitment. This membership renews every 12 months and cancellation prevents the next renewal.
Monthly Membership
- £85 per month
- Automatically renews each month
- 30 days' written notice required to cancel
90-Day Membership
- £235 every 90 days
- Automatically renews every 90 days
- Membership is committed for each 90-day period
- Cancellation prevents the next renewal
Annual Membership
- £850 every 12 months
- Automatically renews every 12 months
- Membership is committed for each annual period
- Cancellation prevents the next renewal
Membership prices may be amended from time to time. Members will be given reasonable notice of any future price changes.
4. Automatic Renewal
Memberships remain active until cancelled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
By joining, you authorise Battlesbridge Bootcamp and its payment providers to collect recurring membership payments using the payment method provided.
Annual members will receive a reminder prior to renewal where reasonably practicable.
5. Cancellation
Monthly Membership
Monthly memberships may be cancelled by providing at least 30 days' written notice.
Membership will remain active during the notice period and no refunds will be provided for unused membership time.
90-Day Membership
- 90-Day memberships are purchased on the basis of a commitment to each 90-day term.
- Cancellation may be requested at any time but must be received before the next renewal date to prevent the next payment from being collected.
- Membership will remain active until the end of the current 90-day term.
- No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a current 90-day term.
Annual Membership
- Annual memberships are purchased on the basis of a commitment to each annual term.
- Cancellation may be requested at any time but must be received before the next renewal date to prevent the next payment from being collected.
- Membership will remain active until the end of the current annual term.
- No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a current annual term.
6. Cooling-Off Period
If a membership is purchased online, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided you have not attended any training sessions or otherwise started using the services.
By attending your first session, you acknowledge that the membership has commenced and that your right to a full refund may be reduced or lost.
7. No Freeze Policy
Battlesbridge Bootcamp does not offer membership freezes, pauses or suspensions.
Membership fees remain payable regardless of attendance levels.
In cases of serious illness, injury, relocation or other exceptional circumstances, Battlesbridge Bootcamp may, at its sole discretion, agree an alternative arrangement. Supporting evidence may be requested.
8. Failed Payments
Members are responsible for ensuring that payment details remain accurate and up to date.
Where a payment fails:
Battlesbridge Bootcamp or its payment provider may attempt to collect payment again.
Membership access may be suspended until outstanding amounts have been paid.
Continued non-payment may result in membership cancellation and recovery of outstanding fees.
9. Health & Medical Conditions
Members are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in physical exercise.
You must inform Battlesbridge Bootcamp of any medical condition, injury, illness, pregnancy or other circumstance that may affect your ability to participate safely.
If requested, medical clearance from a healthcare professional may be required before participation.
10. Assumption of Risk
Participation in physical exercise, fitness training and outdoor activities carries an inherent risk of injury.
By participating in training, members acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to take reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of others.
11. Member Conduct
Members are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff and fellow members at all times.
Battlesbridge Bootcamp reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where behaviour is unsafe, abusive, disruptive or inappropriate.
No refunds will be provided where membership is terminated due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
12. Timetable & Service Changes
Battlesbridge Bootcamp reserves the right to amend training times, coaches, locations, facilities or programme content where reasonably necessary.
Where possible, notice of significant changes will be provided.
Such changes do not automatically give rise to a right to cancel or receive a refund.
13. Photography & Marketing
From time to time, photographs and videos may be taken during training sessions for promotional and marketing purposes.
Members who do not wish to appear in photographs or videos should notify Battlesbridge Bootcamp in writing.
14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Battlesbridge Bootcamp shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from membership or participation in training activities.
